Meet Samantha - Dog Trainer at Andover Dog Training Center

Samantha has been passionate about animals her entire life. Her journey into dog training began at just 9 years old when she went through obedience training with her Rottweiler and fell in love with the process.

In her 20s, Samantha became a volunteer for Big Paws Canine Academy, a service dog training organization dedicated to supporting first responders and veterans. Through her time there, she gained invaluable experience, even training her own dog for service work and advocating for service dog teams.

Her dedication to animals doesn’t stop at training. Samantha has worked with rescue organizations, trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs for cats, and has always been the go-to person for friends and family needing advice on their pets. Over the years, she’s cared for a variety of animals, including cats, skunks, and reptiles.

Joining Andover Dog Training Center has been a dream come true for Samantha. She’s excited to work with dogs and their owners, teaching them that “A trained dog is a good dog.” Having relocated from South Dakota to Wichita with her two Huskies, a Chow Chow mix, and several rescued cats, Samantha is ready to bring her skills, experience, and love for animals to the ADTC family.

Samantha looks forward to helping you and your furry friends thrive!
